Hundreds of Girl Scouts from across Eastern Massachusetts gathered early Saturday morning to deliver cookies to Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts, as part of the Cookies for a Cause program. Daisies through Ambassadors spoke with airmen and wrote letters of thanks to military serving overseas. There was more gratitude than snow, and plenty of smiles - and cookies! - to go around! Thousands and thousands of boxes of cookies will be delivered to armed service personnel across the globe (you'll have to wait until they are all counted for the exact number!) Update: over 30,000 boxes were donated!
